The local housing affordability index is 216%. Anything over 100% is favorable. In Ohio, the affordability index is 188%. Nationally it is 132%. The higher the number, the better. At 216% this area looks VERY good.

New Childrens Hospital in Liberty Twp. The hospital is now complete and the Grand Opening is August 8. Located at the Butler Regional Highway and I-75 just north of West Chester.
New Health Alliance Hospital Click Here began construction on July 18, 2006 in West Chester with an anticipated opening of Spring, 2009. Initially with 160 beds, will be expanded to 300 beds. This is the first Full Service hospital built in the Cincinnati area in 25 years.
