The local housing affordability index is 216%. Anything over 100% is favorable. In Ohio, the affordability index is 188%. Nationally it is 132%. The higher the number, the better. At 216% this area looks pretty good.

New Childrens Hospital under construction. Completion is any day now, they are putting in the finishing touches. Located just about 2 miles north on I-75 in West Chester.
New Health Alliance Hospital Click Here began construction on July 18, 2006 in West Chester with an anticipated opening of Spring, 2009. Initially with 160 beds, will be expanded to 300 beds. This is the first Full Service hospital built in the Cincinnati area in 25 years.
